When discussing each opportunity with a customer, Curo will ascertain which elements of any resourcing requirement are essential for the new hire and which items are considered desirable. Candidates’ career aspirations and appetite for progression will be highlighted to the customer. Curo interviews and selects resources on a competency basis, recommending the best person for each requirement irrespective of their background.
