- Web chat is accessible through a secure site requiring a user account. Users will be able to query, modify and create support tickets. Users are not able to modify account details through a web chat, and they cannot change or update users. The chat function complements a more rigorous and dedicated ticket management system. Web chat is not designed to deliver the core functions and ongoing communication methods for service delivery.

- SEP2 provides a single, comprehensive support level for the Wingman EDR service. We do not operate a traditional time-based tiered support methodology; instead, we deliver unlimited and unrestricted 24/7/365 support to all customers. This includes direct access to our UK-based Security Operations Centre (SOC) analysts and engineers without navigating through non-technical helpdesk layers. All support costs are fully inclusive within the service being provided. BASIC support provides 24/7/365 coverage for Priority 1 Issues, Unlimited Guided Support, Vendor Issue Escalation, Vendor Product Alerts. STANDARD support includes the Basic support but swaps Unlimited Guided Support for Unlimited SEP2-Led Support. It also includes Unlimited Change Requests, Device Monitoring*, Device Backups*, Security Patching**, Annual Major Version Upgrades, Rolling Recommended Patching**. ENHANCED support also includes Rolling Proactive Policy Reviews and Rolling Proactive Health Checks. *Only available for Virtual or Physical Firewalls. **SASE Patching is managed by the vendor.
