Platform-level support only is included with the licences; support covers service-wide Microsoft 365 platform issues (for example, tenant-wide Outlook outages or wider Microsoft service disruptions). All Microsoft 365 platform incidents requiring escalation are managed through Microsoft Premier Support, and resolution timelines are subject to Microsoft’s processes and service-level commitments. Any platform maintenance, updates or service changes are performed by Microsoft and may result in temporary service degradation.
Issues relating to individual users, devices, local software configuration, or connectivity must be handled through your organisation’s internal support or via our separate IT Support G-Cloud service.

Onboarding and offboarding
- Getting started
-
We make it easy for customers to start using Microsoft 365. For new customers without an existing tenant, we can set up the initial Microsoft 365 environment and ensure the core licences are ready for use. We also provide light-touch guidance to help administrators get familiar with Microsoft, including assistance with assigning licences and pointers to relevant Microsoft documentation and resources.
We’re always happy to support early-stage questions, offer short remote walkthroughs of the Microsoft 365 admin centre, and help customers understand the essentials of reporting and configuration, and how to investigate service health. More in-depth onboarding, migration, or user training can be provided when needed through our separate support and consultancy services, but most customers find the included guidance more than sufficient to get started smoothly. - Service documentation

- End-of-contract data extraction
-
As a Microsoft 365 reseller, we do not host or store any customer operational data. All information, including files, emails, configurations and audit logs, remains entirely within the customer’s own Microsoft 365 tenant. Customers can extract or export their data at any time using Microsoft’s native tools, and no data migration is required when the contract ends.
We can perform the extraction on the customer's behalf, provided we have the necessary access to do this; this would be quoted at an extra cost.
Support ticket history can also be exported by the customer at any time. Ticket data contains only issue metadata and does not include Microsoft 365 content. Any Microsoft Premier Support case information remains within Microsoft’s systems and is unaffected by the end of the contract. - End-of-contract process
- At the end of the contract, we support a smooth and secure transition of all Microsoft 365 licences and associated services. Customers remain subject to Microsoft licence terms and commitment periods. At contract end, we will support transition of licences to Microsoft directly or to another reseller at no additional cost.

- Approach to resilience
- Microsoft 365 is built on a resilient cloud platform with replication across data centres, automated failover, and multi-layer redundancy. - Vulnerability management approach
-
We follow a vulnerability patching process aligned to ISO27001 standards.
We assess potential threats through routine vulnerability scanning, monitoring of vendor advisories, and intelligence from reputable security sources such as Microsoft Security Response Center and Qualys.
Detected vulnerabilities are risk-assessed based on severity, likelihood, and service impact.
Critical or high-risk vulnerabilities are prioritised immediately and patched as soon as practicable, within 14 days, depending on vendor release and testing requirements.
All patches are logged and reviewed through our internal Change Action Board to ensure compliance. - Protective monitoring type
- Supplier-defined controls
- Protective monitoring approach
-
We use Microsoft Entra / Defender to identify potential account breaches; Microsoft Defender provides real-time detection of suspicious activity, malware, phishing attempts, and anomalous user behaviour, generating alerts that our technicians review and triage.
When a potential compromise is identified, we assess the severity and take immediate containment steps such as blocking compromised accounts or enforcing password resets. High-risk incidents are escalated immediately and investigated as a priority.
Follow-up actions include remediation, patching, and verification, with all incidents logged and reviewed to ensure lessons learned and continual improvement. - Incident management type
- Supplier-defined controls
- Incident management approach
-
Our internal business management system contains an incident management process, which captures full incident details and affected users.
We maintain predefined playbooks for common events such as phishing and ransomware, ensuring a consistent and efficient incident response.
Users report incidents via our helpdesk portal.
Technicians follow documented steps to triage the incident, and escalate when required.
A post-incident review document is automatically generated containing an executive summary and the steps taken to remediate the issue, as well as what will be done to prevent the incident in the future. - Post-quantum cryptography secure
