We work with you across a range of Architecture services to augment your team and ensure your successful delivery by providing subject matter expertise in the relevant domain. Our approach focuses on the most effective way to realise the value and benefit from supporting AI services. The design of AI services is underpinned by an architectural view on the business requirements.
We follow the GDS Service Manual Discovery-Alpha-Beta-Live model. We will review the current service and operating model to understand the capabilities and their maturity in preparation for the change. This enables us to determine the most optimum approach to the design of the AI Service integration model to support the changed services.
Our As-IS and To-Be architecture defines and measures what is needed to deliver the change and how it be designed. The readiness assessments will ensure that there are sufficient controls in place to support the service change, and issues are addressed.
