There are two QA elements that we deliver. During our implementation process we have a robust acceptance testing process that ensures that the business outcomes of the buyer are being met by the deployed solution. This includes data quality validation and business process effectiveness testing. Our implementation project team will co-ordinate this activity, ensuring that the platform is prepared, and the buyer data is loaded correctly,
Post implementation the platform will provide data quality insights and user engagement insights to demonstrate how well it performs to meet the ongoing needs of the buyer.
