We would meet with the senior leadership team to define and agree the overall strategic objectives of the project. Next, we would arrange discovery workshops with end users. The discovery workshops are designed to understand how teams currently communicate, what applications, tools and devices are available and in use and how best we can support them during the migration process.
As part of the planning stage, we will collate a configuration document. This contains all the relevant information required to set up and deploy the MS Teams Voice solution, including all user data, call queue information, auto attendant set up and policy information. Variances in the technologies can be highlighted and addressed early in the process to ensure informed decisions can be made improving the overall success of the project.
As part of the planning stage, we would support you with comms planning, agreeing what comms methods are appropriate, the key messaging, and when to deliver it, to ensure successful user adoption of MS Teams Voice.

We provide end user training for Microsoft Teams Voice. Our goal in all training sessions is to meet the organisational objectives based on the initial training requirements. We will discuss and agree training requirements with you. Once the requirements are understood, our team will create a training plan tailored to your organisational needs.
We recommend that training is delivered prior to go live to ensure all users are prepared and confident for the switchover. Ideally these sessions will be held close to the go live date to ensure details are not forgotten and depending on the technical deployment it may be possible for users to gain familiarity with the solution by making outbound calls prior to the number port.
The recording of online sessions is not only permitted but encouraged, allowing as many users as possible to access the training content. Our team can also ‘top and tail’ and brand training video recordings, where required. Training documentation, such as quick reference guides, can also be created at an additional cost. A key output from the planning phase is the configuration document. Main numbers and hunt groups are reviewed to ensure the recommended set up considers new features and functional data, such as numbers and group members. Variances in the technologies can be highlighted and addressed early on to ensure informed decisions can be made improving the overall success of the project.
We will also provide training materials and supporting documentation, such as quick reference guides and/or bite-sized videos. These videos are especially valuable in environments where not all staff members can attend live training sessions. We also anticipate the future by ensuring that essential materials remain available even after the project concludes. This foresight guarantees that new team members joining post-project are adequately supported.
Go Live support is also provided and can include; on site floor walking, virtual drop-in sessions for Q&A, dedicated MS Teams channel shared with our team.
