Service scope

Service constraints
This service is delivered remotely, with on-site workshops available. We may need access to your hosting environment, existing intranet content, documentation, user directories and authentication systems to plan and complete the setup or migration. Timelines may be influenced by content volume, legacy structures and stakeholder availability. The service includes WordPress intranet setup, configuration, content structure implementation and structured migration activities. It focuses on configuring and supporting intranet functionality rather than delivering unrelated platform development or non-WordPress systems. Additional features or extended phases identified during delivery can be scoped separately. We will highlight limitations early and agree the best way forward.
