- Support levels
-
At Databricks, we are committed to providing a comprehensive suite of support services designed to meet the varied needs of our customers. Our support packages are structured into four distinct tiers: Mission Critical, Production, Enhanced, and Business Support, each tailored to support different operational needs and urgency levels. Mission Critical is our premier support tier designed for customers who require immediate attention to business-critical issues. Production Support is geared towards customers operating in high stakes environments where uptime and reliability are paramount. Enhanced Support offers an elevated support experience ideal for clients who need more than standard support but less than the intensive care of Production or Mission Critical tiers. Business Support provides foundational support suited for environments with less critical workloads such as Development and Staging environments. Additionally, we offer the option of a Designated Support Engineer to augment any support package, providing personalised technical assistance.
