All clients are provided with an optional Synchronisation Tool that transmits data to their local Network. Our online portal can generate and save exports of all data in Excel format or PDF for photographs.

All access to Mobiess data centres is strictly controlled using a Role-Based access permissions system. Mobiess use strong password polices on all Servers and PCs with minimum lengths and regular expiration. Microsoft SQL Server is NOT installed on default settings and ports. Remote access to the data programmatically is accessed using web services ONLY over HTTPS. All web services are secured using IP addresses/Domains that are owned by the client organisation.

Mobiess operate a change request software system called YouTrack which is used for tracking product change requests, bugs and administration change requests (Access and Roles.) All access to servers is monitored and controlled by senior directors of the business. Our Technical Director is responsible for all infrastructure access granting access to roles.

Daily monitoring of security logs. All servers are monitored for performance counters and key event log entries using network monitoring software. Monthly Patching of all Servers for medium priority and performance Issues. If a threat is encountered an immediate maintenance notice would be issued and servers would be updated within 48 hours.
