Fighting climate change

FusionGraph allows organisations to understand what their current architectural system landscape is. This will highlight the many different systems that might not be required, are due for an upgrade to more efficient runtime environments, or can be consolidated to a greener solution provider. This has a direct impact on the reduction of energy consumption by the organisation.

Resulting is a Carbon Positive organisation - we are also on the path of B-Corp certification. We consider the Planet and People before Profits.

Covid-19 recovery

FusionGraph enables organisations to share the knowledge of the organisational architecture with people around the business. This allows people to work remotely, without relying on people's availability. It reduces the risk of knowledge leaving the business that is a key driver for the business.

Resulting supported the COVID-19 recovery effort by providing technology and materials to a local school that supported the development of PPE (oxygen masks) based on 3D printing designs from Italy. The school provided over 500 units to the NHS, and we funded them to make 1,000 more. The impact of this was that patients were kept out of ventilation, as they could wear oxygen masks instead.

Equal opportunity

Resulting promotes Women and young people in technology. We are taking students from a local college to gain work experience.

We support the Women in ERP (WERP) podcast

We have signed up to the Armed Forces Covenant

Every Employee has 2 volunteering days to support initiatives that benefit from this.

Wellbeing

FusionGraph reduces the mental stress on the workforce, as the information is made available in an engaging and visible way. The Organisation can use it to assess the impact of change in a number of clicks - which reduces the stress and increases project success.

Resulting as an organisation has recharge days to allow our staff to recuperate and recharge to maintain their well being.
