How the web chat support is accessible
Our web chat function is delivered through Microsoft Teams, which provides an accessible communication channel for all users. Customers can contact and speak with our consultants using text chat, voice, or video. Teams supports screen readers, keyboard navigation, live captions, and adjustable text settings, ensuring users with accessibility needs can participate fully. Users cannot directly raise tickets through the chat, but our consultants can log issues on their behalf within our ticketing system.
Web chat accessibility testing
We rely on Microsoft’s built‑in accessibility features.
Support levels
Support is primarily delivered remotely by our Unit4 specialists, with onsite consultancy available on request at an additional cost. We offer two support levels: standard 1st and 2nd line support, and a 3rd line tier for more complex technical issue resolution. Every client is assigned an account manager, and we provide a dedicated consultant wherever possible to ensure a tailored, personalised service from someone familiar with your organisation and system. All service provisions include application support as standard and can be supplemented by additional services such as remote application consultancy.
