Our consultants work with buyers to understand their specific organisational requirements and the potential impact of the migration process across all affected end user groups. As part of the planning process, we will arrange and implement a pilot if this required. We believe the best approach to planning and deployment is to build upon resource already available within your organisation and work in partnership with the buyer to create and execute a migration plan. Promoting wellbeing at work has never been more important than it is today. Most of us want to improve how we work, how we feel at work, and how we perform at work – and yet we often struggle to make and sustain those changes. Astraeus uses a method of behaviour change called Tiny Habits (developed by Dr. BJ Fogg, Director of the Behavior Design Lab at Stanford University) which is a proven system for positive habit formation. Through the Tiny Habits programme, Astraeus enables our consultants to develop and maintain positive behaviour in the workplace, contributing to the positivity of our customers’ own workplace cultures. We offer additional wellbeing training to all consultants. This training focuses on multiple themes: stress management and building resilience; cultivating a positive mindset; dealing with uncertainty and change; positive communication and resolving conflict; and finding meaning, purpose and passion. Astraeus also has a team of mentors who are responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of our consultants while they are working on our customers’ sites.
