Users can continue to access their elearning accounts indefinitely to access their My GIS247 home page. Their My GIS247 home page tracks their progress and records it together with certificates, badges achieved and list of course completed. Therefore post contract all users always have access to information on their progress and achievements.

When the contract or licence period ends users no longer have access to the training content. They do however still have access to their user account and can access their dedicated My GIS247 home page to review their progress log, badges and certificates and are able to download this information.
There is no additional cost at the end of the licence period for this access.
