There are also recorded webinars always available on user dashboard for guidance plus a series of specific support videos specifically created to support users on all aspects of using the training platform and content.
Users have access to a dedicated support team available to assist with any technical or content-related queries via phone and email.
If any support issue is complex this is escalated to the IT support team from customer support.
Users benefit from free support included with their subscription, providing timely assistance and troubleshooting for any issues encountered during their learning journey.
Each organisation is assigned an internal Account Manager.
This account manager serves as a point of contact for the organization, addressing concerns, providing training resources, and facilitating the implementation of GIS training programs.

Getting started
Users are provided with email and video instructions and guidance on how to use their accounts. This includes recordings of live webinars plus a series of specially crafted videos on each aspect of their learning journey and how to access each available resource. These are available 24/7.
Live webinar support is also available to organisations who purchase an organisation (Ultimate) licence.
Additional user documentation is always accessible as PDF on each set up step. Guidance on training pathways always available on line for reference.

End-of-contract data extraction
Users can continue to access their elearning accounts indefinitely to access their My GIS247 home page. Their My GIS247 home page tracks their progress and records it together with certificates, badges achieved and list of course completed. Therefore post contract all users always have access to information on their progress and achievements.
which enables them to access their progress records and certificates. However they no longer have access to the actual training content if their licence period has ended.
End-of-contract process
When the contract or licence period ends users no longer have access to the training content. They do however still have access to their user account and can access their dedicated My GIS247 home page to review their progress log, badges and certificates and are able to download this information.
There is no additional cost at the end of the licence period for this access.
