Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
As part of the purchase of our accelerators we will scope the onboarding wave with you, working out what configuration you need on the initial deployment. Essentially we are trying to build the MVP, or at least digitise the manual processes and systems you already have to a suitable level. At this point we will also build a backlog of changes to be made in the future. Once the commercial process has been completed, we will support the Buyer in downloading the accelerator through AppSource, we will complete the required configuration, then handover to the Buyer through our defined processes for Testing and Implementation. We can help the Buyer with Training, Knowledge sharing and many other elements of the onboarding wave is covered during this period.

There are trial environments and other discovery activities that can be completed to help the Buyer understand how the accelerator plus configuration can meet their needs.

End-of-contract data extraction
The data for this solution is always stored in the customers M365 environment, therefore when the contract ends, there is no requirement for iCoTech to hand over any data to the Buyer, as the Buyer already has it.
End-of-contract process
Post optimisation contract, at the end of the agreement it simply expires, unless an agreement has been reached to extent it for a further year.

As the licence to the accelerator is a one off perpetual licence, there is no need for an ongoing contract with iCoTech.
