Service scope

Service constraints
This service focuses on enhancing Microsoft 365 Copilot performance by grounding it in enterprise knowledge using RAG. It requires a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence and access to Azure OpenAI (or a configured equivalent via Microsoft). Source content must be accessible to the grounding pipeline (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, internal file systems). While we provide full setup and governance configuration, model tuning and Microsoft licensing are handled by the client’s existing agreements. Ongoing support is optional.
