Support levels
All support offered is based on an agreed amount of time that our clients wish to purchase each month to adequately support their website. This time is purchased at our standard day rate as detailed in the pricing section of this tender.

At the start of each month, time is pre booked into Brace Digital's studio schedule. This ensures that sufficient resource is allocated and lead times are short. We'll carry out fortnightly calls with our clients to plan in and discuss the work that needs to take place that month. This could be support tickets that have been raised by the client for any bugs or improvements they wish to make, but also we are very proactive in putting forward maintenance work that should be carried out regularly in order for the client's website to remain healthy.

Every client has a dedicated account manager and technical lead who will attend the fortnightly calls to ensure both are aware of the client's needs and priorities.
