Training

Training service provided
Yes
How the training service works
The upskilling of an organisation is a critical consideration even before commencing a Cloud migration project. The change associated with transitioning to cloud services will affect many, if not all, in the organisation and there are several aspects that will require attention from a training point of view; mind-set, ways of working, behaviours, skills and capabilities. Our initial needs assessment will determine the scope and scale of training intervention required.

A detailed training needs analysis will inform the development of a training strategy, co-created with the organisation to ensure the planned training methods align with and support the organisation culture. Training curricula will be tailored to specific roles or teams and workstreams, and core modules standardised across the organisation or project.

We provide training on many topics, including: general concept of Cloud services, transition to cloud, changes to processes and new ways of working; role-based learning; building change resilience and adaptability; change leadership; engaging stakeholders, influencers and third parties. Training delivery is multi-method including e-learning, coaching, mentoring, experience-based, classroom courses, workshops and small groups.

Setup and migration

Setup or migration service available
Yes
How the setup or migration service works
The migration to cloud hosting or software isn’t just a change of technology, it's a transformational change. Our tried and tested frameworks, methodologies and extensive pedigree in Cloud projects ensures that business change is delivered to time, quality and budget. Our strong, established communications and change management capabilities are being used with public and private sector clients.

Marlowe's approach starts with an assessment of business processes to understand the use of existing applications, followed by profiling of the user groups impacted to determine business readiness for transition. A review of the business and IT/Cloud landscape highlights potential dependencies, overlaps and areas of potential conflict. We then develop business change roadmaps to promote sharing and collaboration across projects.

Our proven multi-stage migration path with full operational engagement ensures secure and managed migration from legacy to new. We are confident in our ability to set up governance, build integrated plans, manage risks, dependencies and benefits and provide meaningful and transparent reporting.

Marlowe recognises the need to migrate with minimal disruption to operational services, reduce the risk of key skills and retained knowledge being lost and minimise any drop in performance during transition. We support your people to deliver practical and sustainable change.
