Accessibility testing
The Fusus user interface is developed under Axon’s corporate accessibility programme and is built against WCAG 2.1 Level AA (the standard adopted by EN 301 549). Accessibility testing for Axon UIs includes automated scanning (Deque/axe), manual keyboard and screen-reader testing, and quarterly internal assistive-technology smoke tests using common AT (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack and Windows Narrator). Axon also commissions an annual third-party accessibility assessment (Deque) and logs/triages all accessibility findings into our QA/ticketing process for remediation.
API
Yes
What users can and can't do using the API
The Fusus API exposes HTTPS endpoints that accept known-format JSON (basic-auth). It enables rapid ingestion of camera and sensor data (video metadata, LPR/ALPR alerts, IoT/sensor events, alarms and other telemetry) into the FususONE RTCC platform so events appear as Alerts, detections and incidents in the dashboard. Integrations are typically provisioned by Fusus (Fusus creates the endpoint and issues API credentials) and partners POST event JSON to that endpoint. Device-level video ingestion uses supported device/appliance flows (fūsusCORE or vendor integration). Full, low-level capabilities and any endpoint-specific restrictions are provided in integration API contracts or under NDA.

Description of customisation
Fusus is highly configurable to match organisational workflows. Customers can:
• Define roles & permissions (role-based access control) to control who can view, upload, redact, share, export and administer evidence and features.
• Create organisational structures (organisations, teams/units, locations) and assign users and permissions at any level.
• Configure operational dashboards, map layers and tabs (which layers are visible, ordering of widgets, saved dashboards and incident tab behaviour).
• Manage device and camera integrations and per-integration settings (LPR/ALPR hotlists, detection/alert rules, vendor integrations) via the integration onboarding process.
• Authorise and tune AI/rule behaviour and alerts (AI rule settings, alert filters and notification targets).
• Adjust user interface and operational settings (default camera, playback timeouts, notification preferences).
Administrative users (Customer Administrators / Customer Success Managers) or named implementation/ops staff typically perform customisation during onboarding and ongoing administration. Many configuration items can also be self-serve via the FususONE admin UI; larger integration or device changes are delivered during implementation by Fusus engineers or via a documented integration process.

  • Other
Other protection between networks
Axon Fusus protects data in transit using TLS 1.2+ with strong cipher suites, modern certificates, and Perfect Forward Secrecy where supported. Connectivity is over HTTPS, and access is controlled through authenticated sessions and role-based permissions, with audit logging for security oversight. Legacy SSL/TLS versions are not used for production traffic.
Data protection within supplier network
  • TLS (version 1.2 or above)
  • Other
Other protection within supplier network
Fusus is hosted in Axon’s cloud environment with network segmentation and restricted east–west traffic between services. Internal communications use TLS 1.2+ where applicable, with strong cipher suites. Access is controlled through least-privilege roles, authentication, and continuous monitoring. Security logging and audit trails support detection and investigation. Only required ports and services are permitted, and changes are managed through controlled processes.

Availability and resilience

Guaranteed availability
Response Times
For support provided to the client directly, Supplier has a tiered response to support that will escalate the level of support depending on the situation.

Tier 1 would be on-site support by the department staff after they have been trained by Supplier.

Tier 2, which is phone-based support,
Tier 3, which is on-site technical support from a Supplier field engineer and/or a FususCORE replacement.

SEVERITY LEVEL

The severity levels shown in the tables above are defined as follows:
• Fatal: Complete degradation
• Severe: Significant degradation – large number of users or
affected.
• Medium: Limited degradation – limited number of users or functions affected.
• Minor: Small degradation – few users or one user affected.

RESOLUTION TIMES

The supplier will always endeavor to resolve problems as swiftly as possible. It recognises that the client's systems are key to daily functions and must be functional in the field.

However, Supplier is unable to provide guaranteed resolution times. This is because the nature and causes of problems can vary.

In all cases, the supplier will make its best efforts to resolve problems as quickly as possible. It will also provide frequent progress reports to the client.
Approach to resilience
FususOne leverages infrastructure as a service (IaaS) from AWS and additional layers of resiliency and redundancy measures on top of these services to provide application resiliency including geographic, connectivity, hardware, and data failover.
Outage reporting
FususOne is monitored by a dedicated team of support engineers. A public dashboard is available and email alerts providing updates will be sent out to system administrators should there be a significant outage .
