How the planning service works
Quantum -360 will at contract commencement, through our implementation phase, look at reviewing current organisational data, engage with key stakeholders, contract owners and business managers to build a fully developed operational plan that considers the type, complexity and duration of the project. This will also involve detailed end to end business and process mapping of the commercial lifecycle to identify where efficiencies and improvements can be made. This will be carried out by our extensive analytical function. It will also establish the right skills and experienced resources are available at the right time throughout the project.

Utilising the knowledge and data gained during the above discovery phase, this data will be analysed to enable us to identify key outputs, process and training requirements, and the tools required, together with developing resource planning approaches.
