Getting started
All our clients receive a comprehensive training session. We deliver these online or onsite.
Thereafter, all clients have access to our instant email and telephone support in addition to being able to access an online Help Centre within the platforms which also contain user guides.
All training is delivered by an experienced Account Manager and this relationship starts at the sales stage, onboarding and remains in place for the duration of contracts.

Users can simply export their data at the end of their contract from their account/s, or we can do it for them. There are literally a few steps to export data and they can export in Excel or CSV formats.

All campaigns are launched from fully branded addresses and there is no mention of Campaignmaster in our client's email campaigns.
