Scout AI reviews accessibility documentation provided by third-party tool vendors and applies inclusive design principles when configuring or recommending digital tools. Feedback from users is used to identify and address accessibility issues where reasonably practicable. Formal assistive technology testing may be undertaken where required by the buyer or where accessibility forms a core requirement of the engagement.

Costs for support vary depending on the scope, duration, and level of support required and are agreed in advance with the buyer. Scout AI does not apply fixed support tiers by default; instead, support is aligned to the service being delivered to ensure appropriate coverage without unnecessary cost.
Where required, Scout AI can provide access to named technical specialists, including AI consultants or cloud support engineers, for the duration of the engagement. A dedicated point of contact may be assigned for coordination and escalation purposes.
