We provide on-going support as a standard. We offer continued support from development to go-live of all solution implementations. A warranty period can be supplied moving forward after go-live on a call off basis, if required. Our services provide support for the tools integration/orchestration/automation both on-premises/cloud. Typical support issues normally fall into the following categories: Integration of various CI/CD/DevOps tools. Tool/Product specific setup/configuration errors. User access related. Plugins/Configuration errors. The service can be setup to support any or all of these potential tickets from users. Our services will vary depending upon Buyer requirements and upon the nature of the services supported.
