Service scope

Service constraints
Delivery and support are predominantly provided remotely using Microsoft Teams, with onsite visits available for specific workshops or events if required. Remote delivery enables us to allocate the most suitable subject‑matter experts regardless of location and ensures consistent availability. This model also keeps travel time and associated costs low for buyers. An active Microsoft 365 tenant with appropriate user permissions is required for training scenarios. Buyer stakeholders must be available for discovery and tailoring. Scenario‑based sessions may require sample documents or processes to be provided in advance.
