Experienced Disklabs personnel work with customer to plan the execution of the on or off-site Data Erasure engagement. During this engagement, Disklabs identifies resources required and time scales needed to meet service requirement.
Disklabs captures customer local contact details including physical address, email and phone numbers, and communicate to all parties concerned.
Plan and schedule the Off-Site Data Erasure service by notifying the appropriate customer points of contact.
Meet with the customer and determine the target equipment for data erasure.
Deploys data erasure equipment at client’s site and commences the erasure or coordinates to remove the server arrays from the Customer site for the off-site service to be performed.
Secure transport is provided.
Send the project completion documentation, Completion Certificates, and logs directly to the customer.
