- Arctic Wolf services provide broad coverage across on‑premises, public cloud, and SaaS environments. Customers may select AWS data residency in Germany or Ireland, with governance delivered from Frankfurt, EU. Other sub‑processors host data in the United States. Service delivery is via a Security Operations Center located in Frankfurt with UK based analysts & SOC staff. We do not usually provide Security Cleared‑accredited services. Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) is delivered remotely within EMEA to meet time‑to‑response requirements.

Each customer is also aligned to a Customer Success Manager for account management, checkins and healthcheck
