Using techniques familiar to the client; running testing in line with standards, ResearchOps function helps support researchers deliver quality research insights, modelling research standards across teams and stakeholders.

What the ISO 9001 doesn’t cover

HR processes (Apart from onboarding and compliance), bidding activities, and hardware prototyping. It does not extend to parent companies or trusts, as they operate under separate governance structures. Additionally, certain ISO 9001 clauses may not be applicable due to our Agile, iterative approach:
● Clause 8.3 (Design & Development) – In transformation delivery we do not develop new proprietary software or products. In the future we may develop capabilities under Labs initiatives, where that takes place we will iterate the QMS to include Design & development.
● Clause 8.6 (Release of Products & Services) – We emphasise lightweight artefacts, such as user stories and automated test reports, rather than traditional acceptance checklists. ● Clause 8.1 (Operational Planning & Control) – Instead of rigid gate reviews, we follow an iterative, user-driven approach aligned with Agile and the GDS Service Manual.
