We will carry out a discovery phase, with scoping activities to baseline the buyer’s current resource profile and build a target operating model to integrate Peregrine consultants and squads, both short- and long-term. Our heritage of providing workforce planning consultancy in the public sector for over twenty years enables us to plan both tactical and strategic initiatives. Peregrine facilitates the transfer of our consultants to become permanent members of staff in buyer organisations, including supporting consultants’ applications for civil service roles, highlighting the relevant competencies while following open and fair recruitment processes.

- Peregrine works with buyers, utilising our Peregrine Talent System to build services to help cloud migration programmes. We will carry out scoping exercises to understand the current skills, experience and capability within buyers’ teams; and build a service to integrate Peregrine consultants with the right skills and capability levels to help with cloud migration. This can be tactical help with a project, or strategic help with larger programmes, with the ability to transfer in Peregrine consultants to become permanent staff to provide support after initial migration.

- Peregrine works with buyers to understand testing/QA requirements within cloud projects. Following a discovery phase baselining current test coverage and non-functional requirements, we utilise the Peregrine Talent system to build a service providing consultants or teams of manual and automated testers to complete test scripts, build regression packs, produce defect reports, and carry out performance testing. We also build services that provide teams or consultants to own Quality within projects, integrating with buyer teams to execute test strategies using Quality Engineering principles, working within the buyers desired ways of working, instilling best practice and providing ongoing Quality Assurance.

Peregrine provides support both to Peregrine consultants (via our Consultant Engagement Team), and to the buyer (via dedicated Account Manager/Customer Experience Lead) between 0900-1700, Monday to Friday.
Regular informal and formal service reviews are carried out with the buyer, reviewing contractual commitments and any other agreed KPIs and success factors.
Our Consultant Engagement team provides support to Peregrine consultants working on engagements for the buyer, with regular appraisals, feeding in to service reviews, and learning support, facilitating CPD.
All these support levels are delivered at no extra cost.
