- How the planning service works
- CDPSoft has extensive experience of assisting its customers to plan the implementation of its Cloud services. Our experienced team work with customer to determine the main tasks and broad timescales within the framework of their business needs. The principal method for formalising and focusing this process is the production of a project plan. We implement processes, which ensure that each project maintains its integrity and keeps to its intended boundaries of time and deliverables. CDPSoft operates Project Management processes in accordance with PRINCE2. CDP’s structured Project Management Methodology (CDP PMM) manages the project in a logical organised way, following defined steps. It consists of a set of distinctive management processes, covering the activities from setting off the project on the right track, through controlling and managing the project’s progress, to completion of the project.

- How the setup or migration service works

CDPSoft can provide set up support and assistance to customers migrating to its cloud services. Our experienced consultants work with customers to understand their set up and migration requirements, helping customers considered various configuration choices, and (where required), the volume, structure and integrity of data to be migrated.
Throughout set up an open dialogue is maintained between the CDPSoft Team and the Customer Team, ensuring any requirement is diligently reviewed, clarification is sought and the requirements are signed off by the customer prior to configuration.
Customers are expected to create/populate the system with data including, but not limited to, user details, service details (and associated data), drop-down lists, forms and reports templates. CDPSoft can provide additional training, support, assistance and consultancy on forms and reports building and overall administration of its cloud services.
CDPSoft provides proprietary migration tools that complement the successful management of the migration process to our cloud solutions . Our migration tools includes a broad range of standard CSV migration templates as well as the opportunity to create custom templates. Social Value
WellbeingWellbeing
Our approach to our buyer’s and products brings social value to buyers in several ways.
Our SMART software solution plays a pivotal role in local authority housing/development monitoring and analysis, as well as monitoring employment, sustainability, transport, biodiversity net gains and more.
Recording and measuring of biodiversity net gains is fundamental in helping local authorities make sure that habitats for wildlife are left in a measurably better state than they were before a development commenced.
SMART also enables data collection and monitoring of brownfield sites, helping local authorities prioritise the development of the most appropriate sites within a local authority area. Development of brownfield sites can significantly reduce developer costs, timescales, and environmental impacts (including less building/developments on greenfield sites), as well as providing regeneration, economic benefits, and visual transformation for communities.
Our SHARP software solution is central to buyers helping citizens more efficiently and effectively; helping buyers to achieve more with the resources they have.
Our SHARP software solution directly helps vulnerable/chaotic disadvantaged and/or at-risk individuals and communities through:
• Improved access to support services and help.
• Faster referral and delivery of support and/or care services.
• Quicker access to advice, guidance, and assistance.
• More efficient, coordinated, and collaborative Support/Action Planning – enabling a more holistic approach.
• Quicker identification and action on Safeguarding and Risk Issues.
Ultimately, our low Total Cost of Ownership solutions help to deliver improved ways of working which in turn contribute to improving communities and citizen wellbeing.
In addition, as a SaaS solution, supplied via leading edge, power efficient data centres with robust climate policies, our solution removes buyer installed server footprints, saving costs and energy.
