Support levels
Our support services team is based out of the UK (Durham and Glasgow main hubs) and supported by our Australian office based in Sydney. Our biggest asset is our people, and support is provided via the entire Remote Services team, currently upwards of 50 consultants. The team is staffed 24x7, and costs will be provided to support these requirements depending on the solution delivered.

Waterstons typically assign a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to our clients whose role it is to manage the BAU relationship and overall performance of our services such that all requests are coordinated via our team in a seamless and consistent manner.
