Step 1: ANALYSIS OF SAP SYSTEM & Data profiling matrix
Analyse the existing data and prepare profiling matrix

Step 2: IMPLEMENT TECHNICAL SOLUTION
Install ILM, SLT and Content server and integrate these systems with source system
.
Step 3: CONFIGURE SOLUTION
Configure the ILM & SLT system - Archive objects, CDEs along with Retention policies

Step45: TESTING
Initial testing is carried out to ensure that the solution is implemented and configured correctly. Detailed testing takes place with the key users.

Step 6: GO LIVE
Extract the data in production via SLT to create archive files and transfer , store them in content server while applying the retention policies on archive files.

Step 7: Build Reports as agreed .
Build the reports to view the data from ILM RW.
