Service constraints
The services are only provided for flood forecasting systems based on our own software (Delft-FEWS) and limited to office hours 7 days a week (between 9:00 and 18:00 CET). The support is provided remotely (from the Deltares offices in the Netherlands)

The default response time to e-mails directed at our helpdesk is 4 hours. All incoming issues will be responded to within 4 hours. In the weekend issues will be picked up only if they are reported by phone.

Support levels
Deltares provides support levels tailored to the clients needs. Deltares has defined standard maximum response and resolution times for different types of support calls. Additionally Deltares includes a certain amount of support hours in a support contract, a software release (including standard software improvements), software maintenance patches, support with upgrade of the operational system, configuration support and quarterly service review meetings. Other add-ons to the support contract are: maintenance of test system at Deltares, 3 days on-site development and weekend days support (between 9:00 and 18:00 CET).
