- The services are only provided for flood forecasting systems based on our own software (Delft-FEWS) and limited to office hours 7 days a week (between 9:00 and 18:00 CET). The support is provided remotely (from the Deltares offices in the Netherlands)

- Deltares provides support levels tailored to the clients needs. Deltares has defined standard maximum response and resolution times for different types of support calls. Additionally Deltares includes a certain amount of support hours in a support contract, a software release (including standard software improvements), software maintenance patches, support with upgrade of the operational system, configuration support and quarterly service review meetings. Other add-ons to the support contract are: maintenance of test system at Deltares, 3 days on-site development and weekend days support (between 9:00 and 18:00 CET).
