Sensei Cloud Standard Corporate NHS SLA Addendum

Each enterprise customer has a named Customer Manager who is available to respond to problem escalation and be a key point of contact during implementation and during the lifetime of the project.

The Dental Systems Administrator (SA) is a dedicated person or team employed by **** NHS, with a technical background and personal soft skills that will allow him/her to cope with all technical aspects related to the project and act as the unique point of contact for the Carestream Dental technical teams and the **** NHS system users.

It is mandatory that the SA has an in-depth knowledge of the systems installed in **** NHS that are linked or interfaced with Sensei Cloud.

After system acceptance, the SA role will be primarily to:

Maintain level of system performance
System quality assurance & control
Management of contingencies & mitigation of system downtime effects
Evaluation of future needs (upgrades and SW refresh)

· Our digital dental imaging and paperless practice management systems combine to provide significant environmental benefits:

o Carestream Dental Digital systems are more effective at reducing patient radiation exposure than traditional systems. In fact, our Digital Radiography Systems can deliver up to 90 percent less radiation than film-based systems.

o Moreover, our paperless practice management systems enable dental record-keeping to be done electronically, thus helping save our forests and eliminating paper from the waste stream.

o Carestream Dental digital radiography systems reduce the consumption, handling and disposition of lead in dental imaging and the need for inserting lead inside of patients mouth. Every traditional dental radiograph requires the consumption and the disposal of up to 50mg of solid lead (Pb), Lead (Pb) that is handled by practitioners and inserted into patient mouths is a health risk completely eliminated by moving to Carestream Dental Digital imaging. Literally tons of lead can be eliminated from the environment and handling every year by transitioning to Carestream Dental Digital.

· The medical community is increasingly correlating oral health with systematic, general health. More and more proven linkages exist between oral/dental health and diabetes, cardiac disease and other chronic ailments. Our dental systems – used in some 90 percent of dental practices worldwide – enable dental professionals to improve the oral care of millions of people, including children, and, therefore, contribute to the general health of society on a global scale.

· A major radiographic step forward in diagnosing and treating oral disease is Cone Beam CT (CBCT) technology, which avoids the scattered radiation of medical CT machines while enhancing soft tissue contrast. 3D dental imaging, made possible by CBCT technology, is advancing dentistry at a rapid pace—providing anatomically-correct three-dimensional images of the teeth, face and skull.

Carestream Dental has a very progressive and proactive approach to supporting the mental health and welfare of its employees. The recent global pandemic has brought this issue to centre stage, but here is a list of our support mechanisms and strategies.

• Carestream Dental has identified and trained a group of mental health mentors whose role across our business is to support, help and guide employees with their mental health concerns and issues with both information and practical assistance.
• The business launched a HR engagement toolkit in 2021 to all managers which contains advice and support for mental health from a manager to employee perspective.
• A global survey was completed in 2021 specifically to gauge the effects of the Covid Pandemic, working from home and the effects on well being and mental health (results available)
• Carestream Dental has an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) available to all employees to provide confidential health & wellbeing support via a 24-hour 365-day helpline and access to clinical professionals.
• All managers receive regular mental health awareness training and are actively encouraged to include discussion on this topic in their formal one to ones with their reports.
• Several employees are trained Dementia Friends to assist the wider community support and to raise awareness of this important subject.
• Carestream Dental runs an annual wellbeing & fun day, where employees are encouraged to come away from their daily tasks in an informal and friendly environment to spend time focused on wellbeing and work-related friendship.
