ATS Project Planning services, for the implementation of Data Governance related services, is conducted through a 1 month engagement. During this engagement, we structure and plan a path from analysis and requirements gathering to architecture, Install, configuration, design and delivery.
We will be helping you identify and consider options to implement technical areas like infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS) and software-as-a-service (SaaS). We assure your Cloud Platform is deployed in a strategic cloud, Multi Cloud or Hybrid architecture and linked closely to a forward looking data architecture. Once this is done we look closely at programme and project expectations step-by-step and provides a delivery approach that allows our consultants to detail the activities required. - Planning service works with specific services
