Dictalogic offers extensive online product training to the end users along with sharing of workflow documentation for each role type. Knowledge-based article is also shared with end users, enabling them to search for specific queries concerning product usage and how-to's.

End-of-contract data extraction
We have option to export the metadata into CSV file and files are zipped and securely emailed or copied to customer desired location.
End-of-contract process
The Dictalogic contract terms and conditions are stated in the agreement; each customer is unique, thus the terms of product usage are agreed upon at the start of the contract. Customers can extend their contract for the next year, and special requirements such as data backup at the conclusion of the contract or securely decarding client data can be incorporated in the agreement.

The desktop service is designed for all user role types, offering access to all capabilities and workflow, i.e. admin, author and transcriber workflow.

The mobile interface is designed for authors and transcribers to create/assign and transcribe dictations respectively.
