How the planning service works
Prior to Code Software training we will engage with the customer for a high-level overview of the unified communications environment, along with the training objectives. This allows our trainers to tailor the training to include relatable examples specific to the site configuration. Once the requirements are understood, our team will ensure key learning objectives and specific requests are incorporated into our tailored training courses. We work with your organisation to agree a training plan, including proposed dates and sessions.

How the training service works
There are several solutions provided by Code Software allowing you to analyse and manage your unified communications environment. We provide training based on these modules.

Training Courses are delivered by our experienced trainers remotely via a Microsoft Teams session, with a focus on the Clobba modules. Each module has a clearly defined training agenda outlining the learning objectives for participants. A typical training session is approximately 2 hours duration including time for questions and answers.

Where permission is granted from our customers, our training team will liaise directly with Code Software to gain access to your tenant, allowing us to deliver training in your own environment, to improve engagement and allow attendees to review their own data during the sessions. Our sessions are tailored to include key requirements or focus on specific teams, call queues for analysis.

The recording of online sessions is not only permitted but encouraged, allowing as many users as possible to access the training content. Where agreed in advance, our team will ‘top and tail’ recordings allowing for branding.
