Each client project is allocated a relationship manager whose role and responsibility is to ensure that appropriate support is provided at all stages across the lifecycle of the project. The type and scale of support may fluctuate to meet the changing needs of the client through go-live and transition into live service. Our costs are aligned to the SFIA table.
