- API
- Yes
- What users can and can't do using the API
- Using the SAP API, users can securely connect, access, and manage business data across modules such as finance, logistics, HR, and supply chain. The API enables seamless integration between SAP systems and external platforms, allowing users to automate workflows, exchange real-time data, and improve operational efficiency. Through authorised API calls, users can perform actions like creating sales orders, updating employee records, retrieving reports, or managing inventory information. However, users cannot bypass the security and authorisation controls defined within SAP, nor can they modify the system’s core configurations, ABAP code, or backend infrastructure. Access is limited by assigned roles, permissions, and system policies to maintain data integrity and compliance. Additionally, users cannot exceed API rate limits, access restricted modules, or execute administrative tasks such as system restarts or patching. Overall, SAP APIs provide a secure, structured, and controlled interface for extending functionality and integrating enterprise applications effectively.

Scaling
- Independence of resources
- Hyper Talent Solutions (HTS) guarantees resource independence and consistent performance by providing each client with a secure, isolated environment that prevents interference from other users. Through auto-scaling, load balancing, and continuous monitoring, HTS ensures compute, storage, and network resources are dynamically adjusted based on individual demand. In multi-tenant setups, Quality of Service (QoS) controls and resource quotas maintain performance fairness and stability. Regular capacity planning and performance reviews are conducted to ensure compliance with SLAs and service reliability. This approach enables every HTS customer to experience predictable, secure, and uninterrupted performance, regardless of external user activity or workload fluctuations.
