We will work with you to develop a Training Needs Analysis to assess, capture and plan for training requirements for all impacted resources and teams. Training delivery will consider the following aspects: - Geographies, languages, classroom/online, training end users or trainers - Roles in training; which teams, suppliers and individuals play a role in training - The importance of training to ensure successful adoption and stable operation of the new solution(s) - The type of solution(s) being implemented (Commercial-Off-The-Shelf vs bespoke)
