- Requirements Analysis: End-to-end process of existing and future business process analysis, fit-gap analysis and requirement gathering at a business and functional area level.

- Design: Taking detailed business and end user requirements and translating them into functional and technical design documents; the blue prints to build the system.

Sysco are a Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Partner. Our Service teams are certified by Microsoft in the delivery and support of Dynamics 365 applications.

Our service teams comprise Application Consulting, technical consulting and Development and Support.

Sysco can provide software services for implementations delivered in the Microsoft Azure Cloud or in a Clients private hosting environment.

Sysco shall supply a dedicated resource team to supply the required level of support for Dynamics 365 Live and Contingency Systems. This will include bug resolution, software updates, resolution of SIRs, etc.

Sysco will provide a Support Account Manager to manage the SLA and associated agreed feedback and reporting on the service.

Sysco shall provide the user with such technical advice by telephone and self service support portal as shall be reasonably necessary to resolve the users difficulties and queries in using the system.

Where required Sysco shall provide a Support Resource at the user's location. This may be chargeable if the reason for the site visit is user operational error and not a Software one.

Sysco shall perform incident and change management based on the agreed processes supplied by the user. A change request with full details should be sent to Sysco. A quote will then be produced

Sysco shall adhere to the Service Levels as described within the SLA document.

If additional training is required, a quotation will be given based on the number of users and product. Venue can be at Sysco or the users premises.
