IT Works Health already helps our communities recover from COVID-19 through the following:

• Creating new businesses, new jobs and new skills
Economic inequality will be addressed over the course of the Framework, in each 12 months, by IT Works Health creating 10 new jobs in the local community; creating 2 traineeships for local residents; a positive profile for the region will be created through at least 2 positive stories in the local media.
We guarantee that all staff will continue to be paid above the living wage and annual reviews for the lowest-paid staff will always be above inflation.
• Increasing supply chain resilience and capacity
IT Works Health currently supports a supply chain of local companies through service charge, impact, cleaning, Digitap, and management consultancy. The value of support we provide to local economy equates to a value of 8.3% of total expenditure in the local supply chain.
We will continue to offer these measures to tackle economic inequality for call-off customers.
