- End-of-contract process
- At the end of the contract, services continue on a rolling 30-day agreement until either party gives notice. If the client chooses to exit, Creative Networks will assist with transition and migration of services to ensure continuity and a smooth handover. Where applicable, an Exit Plan will be delivered, including: Separate mechanisms for Ordinary Exit and Emergency Exit. Management structure during service transfer or cessation. Detailed processes for transfer, cessation, data migration, and technology segregation. Scope of any Termination Services and associated charges. Timetable highlighting critical issues and required actions. Included in the contract price: standard transition support, planning, and documentation. Additional costs: may apply for extended Termination Services beyond the agreed scope.
