Web chat accessibility testing
-
We will recommend a web-chat product that meets contractual obligations based on the agreed pricing. Shortlisted options will evidence accessibility (e.g., WCAG 2.2 AA, vendor testing with assistive-technology users, accessibility statements/VPATs). If required, we will run additional usability sessions with assistive-technology users before deployment to validate real-world accessibility.

Support levels
-
Our support is structured across clearly defined levels to ensure timely and effective resolution of all issues:
Level 1 – Frontline Support: Provides initial triage and response for all user requests via email, chat, or phone. Handles common queries, non-technical issues, and basic troubleshooting.
Level 2 – Technical Support: Manages more complex incidents requiring technical investigation or configuration changes. Issues are escalated from Level 1 when deeper analysis is needed.
Level 3 – Specialist/Engineering Support: Addresses system-level or architectural issues, defects, and integrations. Involves senior engineers or solution architects for permanent fixes and root-cause analysis.
Level 4 – Vendor/Escalation Support: Engages product vendors or third-party suppliers where issues relate to licensed or hosted components outside our direct control.
All support levels operate under contractually agreed priorities and SLAs, ensuring critical issues are addressed immediately and standard issues resolved within defined timeframes. Regular performance reporting, escalation procedures, and post-incident reviews maintain service quality and compliance.
