- How the planning service works
-
Sisua helps customers to effectively design and plan their critical initiatives.
This starts with ensuring that we are clear on governance methods and the standard ways of working for those projects be they agile, waterfall, hybrid or other.
We adopt and adapt to your ways of working bringing industry and subject matter expertise to our delivery.
We work with our clients to analyse what is needed to be delivered and break this down into critical tasks, features and/or requirements and thus help to assess the required landscape for implementation, key risks and what needs to be done overall (including the implementation and change management).
This is done through rigorous business analysis and working diligently with your experts to define the solution and security architecture. We then ensure that we build out the appropriate high level and detailed plans to execute your most critical initiatives.
To support this we leverage industry experience, and expertise of our teams and yours, to drive the outcomes you need. This leads to successful implementation of your cloud hosting and software services and reduces overall risk to delivery.
Our approach focuses on getting results for the outcomes that you need at the end of these initiatives. - Planning service works with specific services

- How the training service works
-
Change management and training is a fundamental component of making any implementation a success.
Sisua ensures that as part of any initiative, from the start change management activities (including communications, awareness and training) are built into the business case, planning, implementation and post go-live as standard. We encourage and reinforce this through the PMO.
In addition, Sisua helps clients articulate what the training needs are for specific products, develop (together with vendors and internal teams) customised training materials as required and helps to roll this training out to clients.
This takes the form of mobilising trainers, supporting and driving the trainer approaches, developing training materials and delivering training in classroom, virtually and through documentation. - Training is tied to specific services

- How the setup or migration service works
-
Sisua can help you execute an effective set up and migration for your new cloud-hosting and software services according to the design specifications.
We work diligently with your experts to ensure a robust execution of the migration plan, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. We will monitor and manage resources and tasks to stay on schedule and help you to test new cloud hosting and software services to verify functionality and performance.
Our team will address any issues or challenges that arise during migration, track progress against the established plan and adjust as necessary, communicating throughout. Sisua will support and facilitate the setup and migration and ensure that changes are managed according to scope, schedule and resources.
We adopt change managment approach to ensure seamless adoption. We will communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
Finally, we will validate that all project objectives and requirements have been met. We will document lessons learned and best practices for future cloud-projects.
Our approach will involve supporting the transition to business as usual, plan ongoing support, and assign maintenance responsibilities to the appropriate teams. This will help you successfully set up and migrate to your new cloud hosting and software services. - Setup or migration service is for specific cloud services

Quality assurance and performance testing

- How the quality assurance and performance testing works
-
As part of all of our projects we ensure we provide a level of assurance of delivery.
This takes two forms - direct assurance of the activities that we are undertaking to make sure they are of the highest quality and quality assurance services and assessments to assess the overall state of delivery (e.g. through project, programme or PMO health checks and deep dive reviews).
In IT delivery projects, programmes and PMO we manage and drive assurance and performance testing activities and ensure these are considered, planned for and completed adequately as part of the work.
This can include helping our clients select appropriate partners to do detailed assurance and performance testing on specific technical and functional aspects of projects and ensure these are onboarded, mobilised and deliver for your major initiatives.

Fighting climate change
Sisua recognises that it has a responsibility to the environment beyond legal and regulatory requirements. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance as an integral part of our business strategy and operating methods, with regular review points. We encourage customers, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders to do the same. We have an ESG strategy which is regularly reviewed, and progress tracked. We have been recognised in our efforts around this having won a sustainability award through Ecovadis - a sustainability assessor. As part of our standard practices we prioritise digital first and aim to minimise our impact on climate change. As a management consultancy our business is driven largely by delivering new thinking, innovation and documentation for our clients. As such the key drivers for our business to influence sustainability and ensuring good environmental practices are minimising travel where appropriate, ensuring environmentally sustainable supply chains and going digital as far as possible.Covid-19 recovery
Sisua is committed to embedding the five social value themes outlined in the UK Government’s Social Value Model across its operations. This commitment extends to our methodologies, project execution, collaborative efforts, and strategic planning for the future of our company. The specific measures we undertake to uphold these principles for a client vary based on the scale and nature of the project, as well as the pertinent Social Value Model Award Criteria (MACs) associated. Sisua remains dedicated in its commitment to contributing to the global Covid-19 recovery efforts. Recognising the immense challenges posed by the pandemic, we have implemented comprehensive measures to support both our employees and the communities we serve. Our priority lies in ensuring the health and safety of our workforce and facilitating remote work where possible.
Sisua aim to support all organisations; we work in a hybrid model which allows further reach when working remotely but we also actively promote co-working days to encourage our people to spend more time together, generate ideas, strengthen team relationships and in turn this helps to boost the economy by revitalising local businesses and using public transport. We support organisations both reduce costs and increase performance which supports Covid-19 recovery.Tackling economic inequality
Building a truly diverse, equitable and inclusive culture takes dedication and commitment. At Sisua, we know that our people are our greatest asset - when they feel like they belong, anything is possible. From inception, five years ago, we set out to create a culture centred around belonging through DEI. These principles underpinned our strategy, which is continually enhanced as we grow.
Central to our approach: recognising our consultants are the cornerstone of our success. We understand that their proficiency, expertise, and wellbeing are essential to our ability to deliver outstanding results. We invest heavily in providing them with necessary support and resources to thrive. Through ongoing training, skill development, and personalized mentoring/ coaching, we empower our consultants to continually enhance their capabilities, stay ahead of industry trends and grow personally and professionally - enabling us to give our teams the tools to be, and make our clients successful. Accordingly, we have implemented policies and practices that promote fairness, diversity, and equal opportunity for all employees. This includes initiatives such as pay equity measures to ensure equal pay for equal work, regardless of gender, race, social mobility. We also provide access to benefits such as healthcare, parental leave, and retirement savings for all to contribute to a more equitable society.Equal opportunity
At Sisua we are committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of our operations. We recognise that our employees' diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences are valuable assets that contribute to our success as a management consultancy. Therefore, we have an Equal Opportunity Policy to ensure that all individuals are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect, and to provide equal opportunities for employment and career development.
Our policy applies to all employees, job applicants, clients, contractors, and any other individuals who engage with Sisua. It encompasses all stages of employment, including recruitment, selection, training, development, promotion, performance assessment, and termination.
We are committed to creating a work environment that is free from discrimination, harassment, victimisation, and any form of unfair treatment. We do not tolerate discrimination based on race, colour, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, marital status, or any other protected characteristic as defined by the Equality Act 2010.
Recruitment and Selection
We strive to attract a diverse pool of talented candidates and ensure that our recruitment and selection processes are fair, transparent, and based solely on merit. All employment decisions will be made without regard to any protected characteristic.

We are committed to providing equal opportunities for training and development to enhance our employees’ skills.
Promotion and Advancement

Sisua may need to select employees for projects, training, promotion, redundancy.
The selection process is transparent and based on the principles used in recruitment. There will be a job or training specification and selection will be on merit.Wellbeing
At Sisua, wellbeing encompasses mental and physical health, wellbeing at work (financial, client and internal), personal and professional growth. Combined, these give our people a well-rounded sense of wellbeing. We have a dedicated People and Culture leader, an established Health and Wellbeing team, and a HR representative who provides a humanised HR model.
We have a strong employee proposition, with policies geared toward helping our teams work-life balance (remote working, pension matching, supportive life event policies, and insurance arrangements etc.). These initiatives provide our people with financial wellbeing, complementing our competitive salaries and team-based bonus structures to encourage cohesiveness and a sense of belonging and community.
We have personal, community and team-based initiatives in place to drive mental and physical wellbeing. We have partnered with YuLife for access to support services, including bereavement assistance, probate helpline, and clinical counselling for mental health support. The Health and Wellbeing team run regular events (e.g. trailing across Florida Keys virtually) which build a sense of community and encourage overall wellbeing. This is supplemented by informal “one-to-one coffees”, regular people surveys and temperature checks to identify trends and warning signs, understand how people are feeling, flag any gaps in our organisation, and reflect on their work-life balance (and what we could potentially do about it). In the latest Survey, 80% said they have good or excellent work life balance – an achievement in the consulting industry.
Through our focus on professional and personal growth, we provide a meaningful and value-driven career journey for our people. This allows our people to flourish, expand, and reach new heights of success.
Our multi-faceted approach to wellbeing was summed up by one of our Senior Consultants who shared “I don't think any company does people as well as Sisua does!”
