Xewli's managed attribution team of software engineers and architects design, build, deliver and support managed attribution solutions to meet your requirements.
We use our in-house tool suite, a9n, (a numeronym for attribution) to provide automated attribution analysis of network traffic, applications, devices and cloud services. a9n is like a vulnerability scanner but for managed attribution threats.
We use the risks identified by our a9n suite as an evidence-driven starting point to adversarial analysis (red teaming) of systems.
Our experts provide qualified, independent and critical assurance and feedback throughout the project lifecycle in the form of requirement articulation, design validation, verification and analysis. - Planning service works with specific services

Tackling economic inequality
Xewli recognises the importance of the Social Value Act and is committed to delivering meaningful social value, sustainability and positive change for the wider environment. By considering social value in the decisions we take as a business, including the way we operate, employ staff, engage with communities and our supply chain, we can cultivate a more sustainable, resilient and inclusive society.
We define social value as ‘the benefits that we and our supply chain deliver for people, the environment and the economy’. We describe this as the ‘broader value’ that is created for society by considering a wide range of impacts that our decisions can influence, not just the financial implications. Our social value outcomes deliver tangible benefits ranging from the creation of new jobs and safeguarding of essential skills in the UK workforce, to the creation of more subcontracting opportunities for VCSEs, and SMEs, to softer benefits such as reducing the risks of modern slavery in our supply chain.
We have embedded social value into our procurement activities, conducting our business with integrity, ensuring a fair and responsible approach to working with our suppliers. We look to tackle inequality by providing employment for those people furthest from the workforce, including care leavers, ex-offenders, ex-service personnel, the unemployed, people with disabilities and those with experience of homelessness.
We understand the importance of prompt, fair and effective payment and that being paid promptly for work done ensures businesses have a healthy cash flow. By paying suppliers promptly and within the agreed payment terms it is not only an ethical responsibility, but economically beneficial for all parties and the wider economy. Speed and certainty of payment and stable cash flow are essential for all businesses to flourish and grow, which is why Xewli is a signatory of the Prompt Payment Code (PPC).Equal opportunity
Xewli is committed to conducting business responsibly, to developing, supporting, and sustaining a diverse workforce and creating a working environment where everyone is able to do their job to the best of their ability without having to face discrimination, harassment, or victimisation. We also want to ensure, so far as we are able, that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.
Our employees and suppliers are vitally important to us. Not only do they play a key role in delivering social value on our behalf, like everyone else they’re also affected by the social value we deliver. We foster a culture that supports and enhances the skills of our people, and ensures that our organisation is an attractive place to work. We have an inclusive culture where everyone does the right thing and takes personal responsibility for their actions.
Our Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour we expect from our workforce and which promotes honest and ethical conduct. It outlines our commitment to upholding all internationally recognised human rights, and includes a commitment to non-retaliation, where anyone who reports a violation will be treated with dignity and respect and won’t be subjected to any form of discipline or retaliation for reporting in good faith.
Our recruitment processes ensure that all applicants (internal and external) receive equal treatment regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marital or civil partner status, pregnancy or maternity, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation (protected characteristics). We have in place all necessary operational policies and procedures to enable us to work to the highest ethical standards, with integrity and transparency, including an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policy, Bullying and Harassment Policy and CSR Policy.
