Does not include bespoke business application development; any automation is limited to cloud configuration, infrastructure-as-code and service integrations needed to deliver the support outcome.

As a managed service, support is delivered under the support hours and SLA targets agreed at call-off, including ticket acknowledgement and response in line with those targets.
Where required, 24/7 cover (including evenings, weekends and UK bank holidays) can be provided as an agreed option. Coverage, response targets, escalation arrangements and associated pricing are confirmed at call-off.
Each engagement is supported by a named account manager as the primary point of contact. An escalation path is in place, allowing issues to be escalated through senior leadership and, where appropriate, to board-level management. SLA agreed at call-off. Standard: 09:00–17:30 UK time, Mon–Fri (excluding Bank
Holidays), ticketing/email with planned service reviews.
Enhanced: Option for extended hours and faster response targets for priority
services.
On-call: Option for 24/7 on-call with defined escalation, incident comms and major
incident management. At call-off Lean Tree provides a named service lead, agreed
SLAs & SLOs, reporting cadence and continual improvement backlog. Automation is used for monitoring and routine tasks; human engineers validate and make risk
decisions.
