We provide three levels of support aligned to service criticality and business needs.
Level 1 Support is included in the core service price and provides UK business-hours support for incidents, service requests and general technical assistance from our shared cloud support team.
Level 2 Support offers extended weekday hours, faster response times for higher-priority incidents and scheduled service reviews. This is typically charged as a 10–15% uplift on the monthly service cost. A named service contact is provided.
Level 3 Support provides 24×7×365 coverage, rapid response for critical incidents, proactive service oversight and regular reporting. This is typically priced at a 20–30% uplift on the monthly service cost. A named Technical Account Manager and access to senior cloud support engineers are included.
The appropriate level of support will be agreed with the client at the time of engagement.
