This starts with ensuring that we are clear on governance methods and the standard ways of working for those projects be they agile, waterfall, hybrid or other.

We adopt and adapt to your ways of working bringing industry and subject matter expertise to our delivery.

We work with our clients to analyse what is needed to be delivered and break this down into critical tasks, features and/or requirements and thus help to assess the required landscape for implementation, key risks and what needs to be done overall (including the implementation and change management).

This is done through rigorous business analysis and working diligently with your experts to define the solution and security architecture. We then ensure that we build out the appropriate high level and detailed plans to execute your most critical initiatives.

To support this we leverage industry experience, and expertise of our teams and yours, to drive the outcomes you need. This leads to successful implementation of your cloud hosting and software services and reduces overall risk to delivery.

Change management and training is a fundamental component of making any system implementation a success.

Sisua ensures that as part of any initiative from the start change management activities (including communications, awareness and training) are built into the business case, planning, implementation and post go-live as standard.

As part of this planning, Sisua helps clients articulate what the training needs are for specific products, develop (together with vendors and internal teams) customised training materials as required and helps to roll this training out to clients.

This takes the form of mobilising trainers, supporting and driving the trainer approaches, developing training materials and delivering training in classroom, virtually and through documentation.

Sisua can help you execute an effective set up and migration for your new cloud-hosting and software services according to the design specifications.

We work diligently with your experts to ensure a robust execution of the migration plan, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. We will monitor and manage resources and tasks to stay on schedule and help you to test new cloud hosting and software services to verify functionality and performance.

Our team will address any issues or challenges that arise during migration, track progress against the established plan and adjust as necessary, communicating throughout. Sisua will support and facilitate the setup and migration and ensure that changes are managed according to scope, schedule and resources.

We adopt change managment approach to ensure seamless adoption. We will communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

Finally, we will validate that all project objectives and requirements have been met. We will document lessons learned and best practices for future cloud-projects.

This takes two forms - direct assurance of the activities that we are undertaking to make sure they are of the highest quality and quality assurance services and assessments to assess the overall state of delivery (e.g. through project and programme health checks and deep dive reviews.).

In IT delivery projects and programmes we manage and drive assurance and performance testing activities and ensure these are considered, planned for and completed adequately as part of any project.

This can include helping our clients select appropriate partners to do detailed assurance and performance testing on specific technical and functional aspects of projects and ensure these are onboarded, mobilised and deliver for your major initiatives.

As a management consultancy our business is driven largely by delivering new thinking, innovation and documentation for our clients.
