Mollis Group have developed an in-house analytics platform (Evolution Engine), which helps organisations test the working knowledge of their technical support teams when migrating from Public Data Centres to AWS / GCP / MS Azure. This tooling has been successfully deployed and used for large enterprise clients, such as ITV. This tool gives digital leaders a data-driven view of their team's capability to operate within the public cloud hyper scalers, which is a fundamentally different approach when operating in Legacy software-defined data centres.

We also provide more traditional technical road mapping consultancy services to help support our customer base when migrating to cloud services.

Our senior consultants provide Strategic Test Services (provision of Test Strategy and planning) right down to Test Analysts. We have a demonstrable pedigree of working in Quality Assurance and Performance Testing. We advocate a Shift-Left approach to testing across the development/service lifecycle so that we can add value early, revealing as many defects and issues early on as possible when they are cheaper to rectify.

We have in-depth knowledge and experience testing both traditional Waterfall programmes and Iterative (agile) methodologies, using both skilled (manual) and automated techniques, using tools such as Selenium and Cucumber.

We advocate demonstrating traceability to our clients so that it is clear at all times of the development lifecycle what is being tested - this ensures clarity in times of crisis whilst also developing a product that is traceable and fit for handover to permanent staff members.
