3. Hurdle and Barrier boards
4. A team of people covering the key areas of IT and the Business
5. Team members to attend kick-off, key workshops, key stage review sessions, status reviews and wrap-up session.
6. Management buy-in for the 90 days engagement
7. Appropriate and timely engagement from the Steering Team.
8. Timely access for the Illuminet Team to avoid delays in initiation and progression of activities.
