Most hyper-scale cloud providers provide templated approaches to ease transition to cloud-based hosting. We will assist in planning and executing the approach and managing the transition to ensure seamless service delivery. For software Services we will adapt our tried and tested methodologies to meet the customer needs. As an example, planning will be done in a cooperative, collaborative manner to tailor service offerings to meet business needs, capturing and eliciting requirements and user stories, defining benefits hypothesis and supporting business case development through effective business analysis. We can do this through interviews, facilitated workshops both face-to-face and online, applying design thinking and customer centric analysis methods to understand pains and gains. This is important to ensure that both functional and non-functional aspects of a service offer are considered and to consider elements which may be key cost drivers to ensure any service transition is financially managed from the outset. Schedules can be presented using MS project in Gantt form, as milestone plans or tailored to suite needs, with problems managed in Jira/ Confluence and GitHub. - Execute migration: We provide an overall quality management system and review body to oversee the execution of client’s personnel and Cloud Providers architects, service and transition managers.
